This privacy policy explains which personal data Watt zegt Rob collects, what we use it for and what rights you have. We handle your data carefully and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the CCPA.
1. Who is responsible

2. What data we collect
- Account data: your name and email address, and an encrypted version of your password.
- Intake data: age, weight, experience, available training time and your goal.
- Training data: your ride files (.fit) and derived data such as load, FTP and power curve (PDC).
- Payment data: the status of your subscription. Payments run via our payment provider (Mollie); we do not store full card or bank details.
3. Data from Garmin and Wahoo
If you connect your bike computer, we only retrieve your ride data after you have given explicit consent (via OAuth). This data is stored encrypted and used solely for your training analysis. If you disconnect or request deletion, we delete the data originating from Garmin or Wahoo and the associated access tokens within 48 hours.
4. How we use your data
We use your data solely for training analysis and to create your personal training plan, by you and your coach. We do not use your data for advertising.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes. We only use processors necessary to deliver the service (such as hosting and the payment provider), who process your data only on our instructions.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. After your account ends we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, subject to statutory retention obligations.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to restrict or object to processing. You can also request your data in a portable format. Send your request to [email protected]; we respond within the statutory period. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
